Boxing Day

Yesterday everything was white and this morning it snowed. Papa had to clean the drvieway and steps. He also made a little snowman.

Christmas

On Christmas day we drove 5 hours to get home. It was good to get home and open presents. Papa cooked a lovely chicken and we had an excellent dinner.

Christmas Road Trip

We went to Aix-en-Provence to visit my Grandma and my two uncles.
It was eight hours drive and I was a good boy. I didn't cry too long. We stayed half way in a hotel and I got to sleep in a new bed.

White Christmas

yep, I think it will be a White Christmas! Low today is -8°c and the high will be 3°c.

Winter in Haguenau

It gets darker early and the skies change quickly. It has been raining for a couple of days now, and I would love to see the sun more.

Christmas

Ooppps, I think it is getting closer to Christmas! We have a tree, decorations and lights. It's very exciting!

Mum & Dad went out to a military function. I stayed with a babysitter. I was good and only cried a little when I went to bed.

Autumn

On Thursday we went for a drive & then a walk near the Vosges mountains. It was cold but the walk near the canal was lovely.

Christmas Catalogues

Alexandre is just looking for his Christmas present in the latest toy catalogue.

Strasbourg

Last week we went to Strasbourg for a look and a shop. As you can see, the old part is very beautiful.

hiya

As you can see I like to play with big things, doors, tables and anything that is big and not mine.

I'm walking around the place, but I have to hold on to the furniture or walls.

I was a bit sick last week, I cried nearly all day Thursday. (my mum nearly went crazy), mum had to change my clothes six times on Friday. But, I'm almost back to normal.

I now drink only cows milk. (I cry at night so my mum can give me an extra hug, she says I have to sleep without her).

Today, I went to day-care, but I cried there too! I missed my mum and I think a new tooth is coming.

Papa is on holidays this week, so I get to play with him more during the day. I think we are going away for a couple of days...

Anyway, I must go and clean my teeth.

Ikea here in France, had these two gems, who could resist?
So we have them hanging in the lounge/dinning room. They are opaque and could be used as curtains.

Vegemite

mmm my first taste of Vegemite, interesting.... I like it! Even straight out of the tube. I must be Australian.
