Saarbrucken, the old factory

The Celtic Exhibition was held in an old Ironworks factory at Völklingen ... it was very cool!

Saarbrucken, "The Celts"

 Today we visited an excellent exhibition about the Celts. There were many splendid things... I asked if I could take photos, which the girl said "yes", but by the time we finished the security guard said I couldn't. So the best piece is missing. I was also disappointed as the catelogue was only in german, despite the whole exibition was in german, french and english...and no postcards. Lucky I took some pictures and did some drawings. Going with two kids was very entertaining too!

Saarbrucken

Today we went to Saarbrucken, in Germany. It's about 60km north east of Metz. They had great shops, so I can't wait to go back and just shop.

Today it was warm enough to go out in the afternoon...maybe 10°c.

Cold Outside

It was sunny on Sunday but super cold, Max and I went out for 10 minutes. He rode his motorbike, which he enjoyed very much.

new beds

Both of the boys got new beds, Alex got a bunk, while Max got Alex's old bed... I also made some new curtains for his room. They both are very excited.

Stamping

Max had his first try of stamping, I just went to the kitchen for a minute and this is what he looked like when I came back... very Robert Smith.

Today after our naps we went to the park, the sun was out & so were many others...
